how can I cure a yeast infection with yogurt?
How long do I leave it on and how much? Cant afford to go to my doctor.
You take a small container of yogurt into the bathroom with a tampon and plastic spoon and a magazine. Dip the tampon in the yogurt and insert it. This takes care of the infection inside. Use the spoon and smear the outside skin with more yogurt. Sit for about 10 minutes then wipe, remove the tampon and take a shower.
But the 7 day Monostat cure from the drug store is better and includes chemicals to sooth the pain.
