HPV or Yeast Infection?
Going to the doctors appointment for OBGYN, I i nformed them that I may have a yeast infection, and that there were red blotches on the crease of my legs and pelvis (groin ), doctor didnt know what it was so he had to go get someone else and they both said they didnt know and said it was HPV. I have only had one partner and asked my husband and has said he has had no other partners besides me. I also have the symptoms of a yeast infection, but the doctor didnt take any type of test to determine anything of what it was. I have had an STD testing a couple of months ago before this outbreak, and had no sexual contact for about 4 months now. what could this be? Anyone know if it is an STD or a yeast infection? Can HPV be blotchy without bumps?
Your doctor can and should be sued for malpractice. No tests? Calling other doctors? that sounds shady to me. Its probably a yeast infection, Especially since you have had one partner, and just got tested two months ago. The problem is infections need to be treated quickly or they could get into your blood stream. that could be why its spreading and behaving the way it is. if you have anything more than a typical and simple yeast infection and the cause is because it wasn’t treated properly fast enough than I would talk to a lawyer, im not saying try to put the guy out of a job, but it sounds like he needs to START doing his job.
