ok so basically i heard to get rid of a yeast infection u should?

douche apple cider vinegar- what does that mean how much of it should i out — HELP

No, never douche.

Douching is bad because it flushes away vaginal fluids vital to keep the vaginal walls moist/protected and to help support normal vaginal pH and flora, douching can also force harmful bacteria and yeast further up into the vagina where it may lead to a more serious infection such as pelvic inflammatory disease, and lead to infertility.

Tampons also should never be used during an infection – they prevent vaginal cleaning, damage vaginal walls, encourage growth or bacteria and yeast within the vagina, and some brands contain ingredients that may effect vaginal pH. Thus why tampons are linked to TSS and commonly cause yeast infections and bacterial infections, using tampons when you have an infection or when not menstruating seriously increases the health risks.

If you suspect a yeast infection see your doctor or go to a clinic, they will give you medication such as cream, there are over-the-counter treatments which are a good option but only if you know it is a yeast infection otherwise you may do more harm than good. Again if you know for sure it is a yeast infection there are home treatments such as inserting a clove of garlic into your vagina for a week (peeled, not scored), using plain pro-biotic sugar-free yogurt in your vagina/on your vulva, tea tree oil rinses may help, drinking (unsweetened) cranberry juice or blueberry juice may help due to altering urine pH which then comes into contact with your vulva….there are many home remedies.

If you know it’s a yeast infection and want to try DIY methods then do so if you wish, but you have to make sure you know what you’re doing and don’t try anything that may cause harm, use common sense with these things…and obviously avoid anything to make the infection worse.
