Please look at this picture of my tongue and see if you know what possibly could be wrong. THRUSH OR WORST?
Hello all. My tongue has been aching. The roof of my mouth is also sore. I just got off antibotics for a vaginal infection. I am 20 weeks preggo. I know anitobotics causes yeast infections sometimes. My tongue has this white stuff on it and it has been peeling.

Yes, it looks quite like you have a really nice case of thrush there. To make your mouth a little more comfortable until you can see your doctor, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of salt in one cup of warm water and swish that around in your mouth a bit. The doctor can give you some medicine, either as a liquid or lozenge that will get rid of it. Poor thing, I bet it does hurt.
